Xero integration enabling the creation of draft Receivable (Customer) and Payable (Supplier) Invoices in the popular Xero cloud accounting package, directly from within QuoteWerks. Customers and Suppliers are matched to Xero contacts. Xero does not currently allow third-party software to create Purchase Orders, but creation of Supplier Invoices enables you to manage expected cashflow and control supplier payments effectively.

Real-time Data Module by Aspire Technologies, Inc.
This Real-time Data Module enables users to retrieve real-time pricing and availability from leading distributors. You can also place electronic orders with Distributors from within QuoteWerks. Order items from a single order or combine items from multiple QuoteWerks orders into a single D&H, Ingram Micro, SYNNEX, or Tech Data order. The Real-time Data Module can also provide Real-time Product Content, shipping estimates from FedEx and UPS, and a Tax Rate lookup service for US postal codes.
